Founding Sales & Marketing Lead - Remote

OVERVIEW

Popcall is a growing creator economy tech platform that turns creators' DMs into paid conversations with their followers. We’re hiring a Founding Sales & Marketing Lead — a role that will shape Popcall's future growth. In this role, you will lead all aspects of sales and marketing to drive creator adoption and user & revenue growth for the company.

You will be responsible for implementing and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract creators to the platform and increase usage. You will work closely with the CEO to drive growth and scale the business.

Popcall is a VC-backed company growing month-over-month. The top creators on Popcall have earned over $50,000 each so far... and we're just getting started!

This is a full-time salary + equity role.

• You are exceptional at selling; you know how to grab creators' attention and get them to take action.
• You have great marketing instincts for storytelling and execution.

• You're obsessed with the creator economy, and you have a deep understanding of digital culture.
• You're excited about taking on a leading role at an early stage tech startup.
• You have 2+ years related sales and marketing experience with proven results.
• You're able to work remotely in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.

We've spent the last year building and refining Popcall based on creator feedback. The product is in a very strong place, with much more coming still. We have glowing testimonials from some of the creators who use and earn from Popcall every day.

We're looking for someone who will come in and quickly take charge of all things sales and marketing from strategy to execution... selling to creators directly; working with partners; creating and implementing new campaigns, etc.

We're a small team with big aspirations and a killer product to back it up. If you do well in this role, you'll be a big reason for the company's success, and you'll be rewarded for it.

COMPENSATION + LOCATION + START DATE

• Compensation: $75,000 annual salary + Employee Stock Options
• Location: Remote
• Start Date: December 2025-January 2026
