Can I use an external microphone with Popcall?

• You can always use Popcall with the regular microphone built into your phone or computer.
• You can always use bluetooth earbuds (like AirPods) or wired earbuds with an integrated microphone.
• If you want to use an external mic that's not connected to a speaker, that will only work on your laptop or desktop computer – not your iPhone or Android phone or other mobile device.

On your mobile device:

External mics work with Popcall only if they are made to automatically handle both audio input and output.

On your laptop or desktop computer:
