How do I cancel a message I sent?

If you no longer want to receive a response to your message, you can cancel it as long as...

  • your message has not been replied to yet
  • your message has not expired on its own (48 hours after the message is sent)

To cancel a message, log into your account at https://popcall.com/login, and go to your message thread.

If your message can be cancelled, there will be a "Cancel Message" button in the thread under the message you sent.

You will not be charged for messages you cancel.
