With Popcall, you are not charged unless a creator responds to your message within 2 days.
However, to facilitate seamless back-and-forth messaging, Popcall puts a temporary hold on your payment method when you initiate your message request - usually in the amount of 10 messages, depending on the creator. (For instance, if the creator charges $2.00/message, a temporary hold of $20.00 may be placed on your card.)
This preauthorization is temporary and gets released 5 days after your initial message request.*
Rest assured, you will not be charged if you didn't receive a reply.
