How long do creators have to reply to your messages and calls?

After you send a message, the creator has 2 days (48 hours) to reply. If they don’t reply within 2 days, you won’t be charged. If you then send another message, a new 2 day time limit begins.

No deadline for calls – only pay whenever your call connects.

When you request a callback, sometimes the creator can talk right away. Other times, they'll call back later.

If they call back later, there's no deadline for when that needs to happen by. Regardless, you can choose whether or not to answer a callback, and you won’t be charged unless your call connects. (Either way, the temporary hold on your card will be released 3 days after your initial call request.)
