If your call is connected, you'll be charged per minute - rounded up to the nearest minute - for however long you're on the call.
If the creator you’re speaking to charges for video calls, when you make a call or request a callback, we place a temporary hold on your payment method in the amount of 30 minutes of call time. (For instance, if the creator charges $2.00/minute, a temporary hold of $60.00 will be placed on your card.)
If your call is not connected within 3 days, the hold will be released and you won’t be charged.
If your call lasts less than 30 minutes, you’ll instantly be refunded the unused portion of the temporary hold.
If your call lasts longer than 30 minutes, your payment will be split across multiple charges on your bank statement. We’ll provide you with a receipt.
