Why do I see a charge on my card even though I didn't get on a call?
With Popcall, you are not charged for video calls unless your call gets connected, whether now or later.
However, to facilitate a seamless call experience, Popcall puts a temporary hold on your payment method when you initiate your call request – usually in the amount of 30 minutes of call time. (For instance, if the creator charges $3.00/min, a temporary hold of $90.00 may be placed on your card.)
This preauthorization is temporary and gets released 3 days after your initial call request.*
Rest assured, you will not be charged if you didn't receive a reply.
