I am having trouble enabling my mic/camera permissions.

If you're having trouble connecting to a call or sending a voice/video message because of your microphone or camera settings, try these steps:

  1. Open the settings app in your phone
  2. Search for Safari (Or whichever default browser your phone uses)
  3. Scroll down and click Camera and/or Microphone
  4. Make sure either "ask" or "allow" is selected
    1. In other browser settings (such as Chrome), you may have to toggle the microphone and camera buttons on
