My credit or debit card keeps getting declined, what should I do?

If you're trying to send a message or request a call, and your payment method is getting declined, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • Insufficient funds in your bank account
  • Your bank is extra cautious of suspicious activity

To fix these issues, try the following methods:

  • Add money to your bank account to cover the cost of at least 10 messages or 30 minutes of call time
  • Unlock your credit or debit card if you have it locked in your bank account
  • Authorize purchases related to Popcall or contact your bank to let them know that Popcall charges are not suspicious activity on your account
  • Make sure that your name, CVC, and postal code are entered correctly and match your credit/debit card information
  • Try a different credit or debit card
