During a call, if either party experiences poor connection or their phone dies, the call will automatically go into a "paused" state. Popcall will try to reconnect you during the paused state, however, if the call fails to reconnect, the call will end. If your call gets disconnected, you can try calling back again.
If your call goes into a paused state, the user will not be charged during the pause. The user is only charged for time spent on a connected call.
